YOUR BEST YOU.
“What if your thoughts and intentional reflection can transform your “eh” to “ah”? I have witnessed countless MORE FREEDOM moments. You are worth it. Let’s have a conversation about what your next MORE looks like.”
–Sarah Hascher, Creative Guide/ Life Coach
“Thank you so much for your guidance. These past several days I've been using the tools you gave me to discern and it's been a game changer! It's the end of the day for me and I'm taking some me time.”
–Tracy, Spankna Practitioner
how it works:
Every single person has a unique best way forward. My aim is to listen, encourage and offer small steps to grow lasting movement towards your MORE. This process is not about “working” a system, instead it is about providing space, dialog and partnership. Experiencing a fuller version of life and yourself takes intentionality. Let’s see what that looks like for you.
1. Initial Consultation
The goal of the initial consultation call is to discuss your desired outcomes, life dynamics and possible processes and time frames.
2. Scheduled Conversations (3, 6 or 12 months)
Weekly or bi-monthly meetings will provide value directed questions, personal reflection and intention focused exercises and follow up support uniquely designed for you. Worksheets, recap emails and check ins throughout the week will also provide continued encouragement and inspiration.
3. Concluding Assessment
Preceding the conclusion of the final agreed scheduled meeting, an asessment will provide you with recap value markers, forward planning and review of my services.
Write your goals. Journal your soul. Live your rhythm.
“I’ve known Sarah for over two decades. Through our conversations, she helps foster an honest assessment of myself and supports me in working through unhealthy beliefs while encouraging me toward personal growth.”
